If there’s one thing we’ve heard about disasters from people who have been through them, it’s that there’s no way you can ever prepare for the impact they’ll have.
But if there’s one person you want by your side on the worst day of your life, it’s Judi, or ‘Spud’ as she’s known.
Judi is an NRMA claims assessor, who has been helping Australians in her role for 32 years.
Her career reads like the greatest hits of Australia’s worst natural disasters. And that experience dealing with unimaginable situations is what makes her and her team the best in the business.
We worked with Director Daniel Kaufman to bring this idea to the screen. We conducted multiple interviews with Judi and her colleagues to tell a story that was rich in authentic details.
In press we told three more stories from NRMA Assessors. Each story was about a disaster and that disaster effected the typography within that story.
The stories were also told at commuter OOH sites, as well as radio.
